Marquee Development Group is founded on the principle of providing value to our clients above what is often the norm among many construction companies. We believe that value comes in the form of a high level of experience in the field combined with the ability to solve problems for our clients. We do not lean back and ask “what do you want us to do now?” We work with our trusted subcontractors and designers to help solve the inevitable challenges that are a part of the construction process.
Our goal is to enhance the construction experience for our clients, our designers, and our subcontractors.
History
After 15 years with Turner Construction Ed Alford formed Marquee Development Group. While with Turner, Ed played a key role on many of the most challenging and high profile projects undertaken in the City of Columbus. Among them were The Residential Tower at Miranova, The Lazarus Building Redevelopment, The Oxley Thompson Library at Ohio State University, The Infrastructure Projects supporting the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and the Holocaust and Liberator’s Monument on the Ohio Statehouse lawn.

Ed ALFORD
Through 15 years in key roles at Turner Construction Ed has established skills in high profile and challenging projects. Ed’s strengths are in the relationships built with clients, contractors and design professionals.

PROJECT MANAGER
RICK Hannah
Rick’s 40 year construction career includes both new and renovation projects ranging in size from $1M to $350M. By working with the owner and designers, his focus is on meeting all the clients expectations with regards to quality, cost, and schedule.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
SUE Ledonne
Sue provides administrative support to the President, Project Manager, Superintendents and project site workers. She manages project documentation, office procedures, along with accounting and customer service.
